Chicken Lasagna


For Meat Sauce:

Chicken mince....................... 1/2 kg
Onion.................................. 2 Medium (finely chopped)
Tomato................................ 4 Medium
Capsicum............................ 2Medium(finely chopped)
Garlic.................................. 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Salt..................................... To-Taste
Red chili powder................ 1 tspn
Black Pepper..................... 1 tspn
Dhania Powder................... 1tspn
Tomato Ketchup................. 3Tbspn
Oil...................................... 2 Tbspn
Soya sauce........................ 1Tbspn
Vinegar.............................. 1Tbspn
Red chili sauce................... 1Tbspn  


Procedure:
- Put oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic in it and stir fry for 5 min.

-Then add Chicken,  Salt, Red chili powder, black pepper, Dhania Powder and stir fry for 5 min at high flame.

-Then Cover the pan and cook at a low flame until chicken is done.

- Meanwhile on the other hand, put tomatoes, soya sauce, vinegar, redchili powder and tomato ketchup in a blander and bland it until it becomes a smooth paste.

-Now add above tomato sauce in the cooked chicken mixture and cook for 5 min at high flame,


- Then add chopped capsicum (u can use any vegetable u like) in it and cover for 10 min and cook it at medium flame until sauce turn thick.

- Now meat sauce is ready, kept it a side until all thing are ready to make lasagna



For White Sauce

- Butter ...................................3Tbsp
- Plain Flour ............................3Tbsp
- Milk ......................................1Cup 
- Salt .......................................1 pinch

- Put butter in a pan, when butter melts add flour in it and stir fry it for 5 min.

- Then gradually add milk in it,and cook until it becomes smooth thick mixture.

- Kept it a side until it cools down

Lasagna Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. Lasagna strips....................... 6-8
2. Mozzarella............................ 2 Cup (One bar) 
3. Meat Sauce
4. White Sauce


Procedure:
- Boil Lasagna Strips with 1 tspn of salt.

- Take a square or rectangle dish and set the first layer of meat sauce in it.

-Then set the lasagna strip on top of meat sauce, and then spread white sauce on it and again layer of meat sauce.



- Repeat the above process and make  3layers of lasagna.

- Now at top of it cover it with white sauce and graded cheese.

- Now Put lasagna dish in a oven for 20 min with grill on last 10 min.

Crispy Fried Fish


Ingredients:

For marination:

Fish.......................... 1kg
salt............................... to-taste
Red chili powder..............1tspn
Haldi powder.....................1/2 tspn
Lemon Juice......................1Tbspn

For coating:

Egg.................... 1beaten
Plain Flour.................1/2 Cup
Bread crumbs..................1/2 Cup
Oil............................... For shallow frying

Procedure
1. Marinate Fish with all the ingredients mention above and set a side for 1 hour.
2. Now take a piece of a fish and roll it in flour first then dip  it in egg and at last roll it in bread crumbs.
3. Fry it in on a medium flame  until it turn dark golden.
4. Serve it hot with tartar sauce.

Chess Board Cookies


Ingredients:

Butter...................... 2/3 Cup
Sugar....................... 1 Cup
Flour........................3Cup

Egg...........................1
Egg white......................1
Coco Powder...............2Tbsp


Procedure:


Put butter, sugar,egg in a bowl and beat it until it becomes soothe.




Now add flour in the above mixture and mix it well with the help of  wooden spoon first then with your hands. Dough should be soft.




Now keep the dough  in fridge for 30-40 min.




After 30-40 min, take out dough from fridge and divide it into 3 equal parts.


Set aside two parts of dough and put 2Tbsp of coco powder in third part of the dough and mix it well that it turns into a dark chocolate color.




Now take a 1 part of plain dough and dark chocolate color dough and roll it out on the floured surface as same size of square shape.





Now brush the plain square dough sheet with egg white, then place dark chocolate color dough sheet on top of it.


Now cut the above sheet into 1 inch strips.


Now roll out the other part of plain dough as u do the other two but it should be bit thinner.(in same square shape) then brush it with egg white.


Now start placing strips on it, first brown on top, then plain, right next to each.(Alternative color).Four strip per row. Make 3 row of alternative color strip.Brushing with egg white between each row.




Now cover the thin dough all around it. it will form a rectangular bar shape.




Now cut this bar 1/2 inch thick with the help of sharp knife.




Now grease the baking tray and place cookies on it apart from each other.


Bake in a oven for 20-30 min at 180degree.

Allo ki bhujya 


Ingredients:

Potatoes.........................1/2 kg (cut in cube shape)
Onion..............................1 medium (cut in cube shape)
Tomato............................1 medium (cut in cube shape)
Salt...................................To-taste
Yogurt..............................2 Tbspn
Crushed Red chilies..........1 tspn
Zeera...............................1 tspn
Oil...................................1 tbspn

Procedure:
Put oil in a pan and add zeera in it and cook it for 1 min.
Now add all the rest ingredient and cook for 2min at high flame.
Then add 1/2 cup water in it, cover the pan and cook it on low flame until potatoes done.
Chicken and Potato Cutlets




Ingredients:
Chicken mince......................................200 gram
Potatoes...............................................1/2kg
Garlic Paste..........................................1tspn
Crushed coriander seeds.......................1/4 tspn
Crushed Zeera......................................1/4 tspn
Black Pepper........................................1/4 tspn
Onion(finely chopped)...........................1 Medium
Breadcrumbs.........................................1 Cup
Egg(Beaten)...........................................2
Salt........................................................To-Taste
Oil.........................................................For shallow frying

Method:
Boil potatoes and mash; add salt  and black pepper and mix.

Heat 1 tspn oil in a pan and fry garlic paste, add mince and fry till water dries.
Add cumin,coriander,black pepper,Onion and fresh coriander and cook for few minutes; remove from flame.

Make small balls from potato; fill mince and shape them like cutlets.


Coat cutlets first with eggs,then  will breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 1hour/
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry cutlets till golden and serve hot.
