Chicken Tikka Pizzah (step by step)


Making Of Pizzah Dough

Ingredients:
1. Maida (Flour) 6Cups
2. Yeast 8tspn
3. Oil 4Tbspn
4. Suger 4Tblspn
5. Salt 4tspn
6. Warm Water 1Cup




Makind of Pizzah Dough

Procedure:
1. Add Yeast and suger in 1cup warm water and Mix it well as the mixture should me smooth.



2. Add salt, oil in maida mixture (which was made in step 1).
3. Mix add Ingredients and make a soft dough and cover with wet cloth and keep a side for 2 hours.


Making of Pizzah Sauce 

Ingredients:
1. Onion 3(medium Size)
2. tomatoes 5(Medium size)
3.Tomato Ketchup 1Cup
4. Salt and Black Pepper As per taste
5. Soya Sauce 1Tbspn
6. Vinegar 1Tbspn
7. Chili Sauce 1Tbspn
8. Oil As Required



Making of Pizzah Sauce

Procedure:
1. Finely chop onion and tomatoes.
2. Put oil in a plan, Add Onion and Tomatoes in it and cook for 10 min.
3. Now add ketchup, salt, black Pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, chili Sauce and cook untill it becomes thick smooth sauce.



Topping

Ingredients:
1. CApsicum 4(medium)
2. Onion 2(medium)
3. Tomatoes 3(medium)
4. Chicken tikkah 2Cups
5. Cheddar cheese 1Cup
6. Mozzarella cheese 1Cup

Pizza Omelet:

Ingredients:


1. Eggs 2 
2. Onion (finely chopped) 1(small)
3. Tomato (finely chopped) 1 (small)
4. Green chilies 2 (small)
5. Capsicum (finely chopped) 1(Small)
6. Coriander To-Taste
7. Salt 1 tspn
8. Red Chili Powder 1 tspn
9. Oil As Required


Procedure:


1.Add all ingredients(except oil) in a bowl and beat it for 5 min, then put oil in pan and fry omelet from both side until turns light brown


Chocolate Creamy fudge

Ingredients:

1. Cream...........................1Pack(2cups)
2. Custard Powder(Vanilla flavor)................2Tbspn
3. Milk...............................1/2 ltr (2Cups)
3. Sugar.............................4 Tbspn
4. Plain Cake.....................1/2 Pound 
5. Chocolate Chip cookies................................1Pack(10 cookies)
6. Butter............................3Tbspn
6.Chocolate Sauce............2Cup 
7. Dairy Milk Chocolate.................100 grams

Procedure:


1. Take Crushed Cookies in a serving bowl, add butter in it and mix it well and make it level layer and keep it in a freezer for 15min.
2. Make custard (put milk, sugar,and custard powder in a pan and cook until it becomes thick n smooth) and set it a side for cool down.
3. Take Cream in another bowl and beat it for 5min , then add custard slowly in it while beating it. It will become Fluffy mixture.
4. Now pour half this mixture on cookies butter layer and make it a leveled layer, then make another layer of Chocolate Sauce, then layer of plain cake, then repeat layers of custard and chocolate sauce, and on the top garnish it with chocolate .
